近幾年，無論是觀摩優(yōu)秀課堂還是學(xué)習(xí)前言教學(xué)理念，總有那熟悉的一幕回蕩在腦海———請同學(xué)們對已經(jīng)完成的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)進(jìn)行自我評價（ABC等第）；同學(xué)們開始自我評價剛才的朗讀情況（一、二、三顆星）；請自我評價一下你們的小組活動（成功、失敗）等。學(xué)生自我評價的形式雖然新穎別致，但簡單的星級制或等級類評比真的能準(zhǔn)確反饋他們的學(xué)習(xí)情況嗎？小學(xué)生能通過自我評價提升認(rèn)識、進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)嗎？筆者經(jīng)過反復(fù)學(xué)習(xí)比較，分析出以下幾種美麗陷阱，提醒同行們謹(jǐn)慎避之。
一、評價目標(biāo)一致，卻籠而統(tǒng)之
自我評價是指個人自我觀察后按照自我確定的行為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評判自己的行為。在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中，學(xué)生的自我評價意識只是出于萌芽階段，無論是學(xué)習(xí)活動還是學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)策略，基本都是在教師的指引下一步步開展的。因而教師雖然有意識地在理念和形式上強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的自我評價，其實根本上還是籠而統(tǒng)之的限定性評價。例如，在學(xué)習(xí)fruit這一話題時，學(xué)生的第一關(guān)自評是能否認(rèn)讀水果單詞；第二關(guān)自評是能否正確拼寫水果單詞的單復(fù)數(shù)；第三關(guān)自評是能否用所學(xué)詞匯進(jìn)行熟練對話。在限定的評價中，學(xué)生自然只能選擇某一項評價。因此，班中的優(yōu)等生通過評價認(rèn)為自己已經(jīng)完成了學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，不再有新的目標(biāo)和要求，更不知學(xué)習(xí)方法或?qū)W習(xí)策略還有不足之處。相反，班中的學(xué)困生永遠(yuǎn)只能作最低的自我評價，這種限定的評價并沒有給予學(xué)生鼓勵和信心，反而早早地讓學(xué)生有了學(xué)生群體分層、分類的概念。
學(xué)生之間的差異更加明顯，甚而導(dǎo)致英語學(xué)習(xí)上的兩極分化日趨嚴(yán)重。因而，有時評價目標(biāo)的一致必定也代表了它自身的限制性，教師的引導(dǎo)性評價要更慎重。
二、評價方式多樣，卻流于形式
自我評價不僅是對學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的檢測，其本身也是一種重要的學(xué)習(xí)手段。然而，小學(xué)生的自我評價水平有限，必須依靠教師的正確指導(dǎo)才能明確為什么要進(jìn)行自我評價，評價目標(biāo)是什么，評價方式是什么。一般來說，評價的方式主要有量化表，寫學(xué)習(xí)日記（反思），建立學(xué)習(xí)檔案，作業(yè)展示等。但在小學(xué)階段，在老師的指導(dǎo)下，形式主要體現(xiàn)為量化表。比如星級制（一顆星至五顆星），等級制（ABC等第），是非制（是或者否）等。在低年級教學(xué)中，學(xué)生對星級制的評價還是比較感興趣的，因為低年級學(xué)生愛表揚，喜比較，能得到多少不一的小紅星，學(xué)習(xí)成功感很容易獲得。但是，對于中高年級的學(xué)生而言，小紅星的吸引力就不大了，他們有自我保護(hù)意識，也有學(xué)習(xí)上的焦慮，更有辨別學(xué)習(xí)簡易的能力。這些自評方式既沒有發(fā)展學(xué)生的認(rèn)知、提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，幫助學(xué)生分析問題，更沒有培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的思維方法，提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。學(xué)生們只是在回答老師換種形式的問題而已，何來的評價后發(fā)展。
三、評價內(nèi)容豐富，卻缺乏反饋
隨著課程改革的不斷深入，教育評價改革也提出了“多元化評價”的理念。評價內(nèi)容不僅包括學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)的達(dá)成度，還應(yīng)包括：學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和學(xué)習(xí)效果的自我認(rèn)定。然而在實際教學(xué)中，在教學(xué)測試的指揮棒影響下，教師往往只關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)方面學(xué)生的自我評價，對學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)、策略等方面的評價指導(dǎo)較少，反饋更少，因而教師對學(xué)生的自我評價指導(dǎo)有時只是流于形式和表面化，導(dǎo)致評價結(jié)果比較片面和模糊，令學(xué)生產(chǎn)生心理壓力。就如小學(xué)高年級letter話題學(xué)習(xí)中，學(xué)生可以對自己的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行自我評價：
能看懂筆友的英文書信；能辨別中西書信格式的不同；能把自己的學(xué)習(xí)或生活情況用英文回復(fù)給筆友等。但在評價過后，很多教師并不能根據(jù)學(xué)生的個性差異進(jìn)行針對性的反饋與指導(dǎo)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)也基本沒有什么變化。因而，無論是教師評價還是學(xué)生自我評價，評價后的反思與改進(jìn)才是最重要的。
四、評價主體明確，卻因人而異
教學(xué)需要評價，尤其需要教者與學(xué)者的自我評價。沒有評價的教是盲目的教，不重視自我評價的學(xué)，則是被動地學(xué)。在實際教學(xué)中，雖然大家已經(jīng)有了生本的概念，但實際操作起來，卻因人而異。由于小學(xué)生的年齡和心理特點，判斷事物的辨析力和自我評價的能力都比較薄弱，因而我們所期待的評價過程、評價結(jié)果、評價反饋與發(fā)展都并不理想。例如，在自我評價環(huán)節(jié)，有的高年級學(xué)生是“報喜不報憂”，對自己的評定等級總是A等；有的'同學(xué)長期受自卑心理影響，以及對英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣的降低，對自己的評定等級又總是C等或D等；有的學(xué)生是從眾心理，看見別人如何評價就如法炮制地給自己隨便定了一個等第；還有的學(xué)生自以為“謙虛是美德”，從而給自己較低的評價。因而，此時的自我評價對教者和學(xué)者而言都沒有實際的參考意義，隨心所欲的自我評定并沒有強(qiáng)調(diào)科學(xué)的自評方法和用真實的反饋指導(dǎo)來加以檢測。
綜上所述，在英語教學(xué)中要讓小學(xué)生實施個體自我評價顯然不是件容易的事。一個學(xué)生的自我評價能力越強(qiáng)，他的學(xué)習(xí)主動性也越強(qiáng)，學(xué)習(xí)成功的可能性也越高。而對于學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、學(xué)習(xí)策略等尚且出于養(yǎng)成階段的小學(xué)生而言，學(xué)生的自我評定絕對是離不開老師的悉心指導(dǎo)和培養(yǎng)的。因此教師更要排除萬難，避開陷阱，在教學(xué)中有計劃、有目的、有步驟地逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自我評價能力，最終幫助學(xué)生養(yǎng)成自我反思、自我教育、自我發(fā)展的良好習(xí)慣。
