　　Sixteen times eleven is (makes) one hundred and seventy-six.

　　5、小數，分數，百分比引導的短語作主語時的主謂一致問題．

　　分數和百分數引導的短語作主語，其謂語動詞的數應根據分數和百分數后面的名詞來確定．如果是可數名詞的復數，其謂語動詞用復數形式；如果是不可數名詞或單數可數名詞其謂語動詞用單數形式．

　　More than 40 percent of the students wear glasses.

　　70 percent od the fund(資金) was supplied by the Government.
